We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary Centre Director to lead our Early Learning Centre. The Centre Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of educators, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Second-In-Charge (2IC)

As the 2IC, you will work closely with the Centre Director to ensure the smooth running of the centre and the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. Early Childhood Educators (Diploma or Cert III)

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care who are committed to supporting children’s learning and development.

Casual Early Childhood Educator (Working Towards Cert III or Diploma)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Casual Early Childhood Educators who are working towards obtaining their Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. As a Casual Educator, you will provide support to the teaching team in delivering high-quality education and care to children. Food Safety Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Food Safety Supervisor to join our team at Bright Blocks. The Food Safety Supervisor will ensure that all food handling, preparation, and storage practices within the Early Learning Centre meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role is crucial to maintaining the health and well-being of the children, staff, and visitors, and plays an integral part in providing a safe and nurturing environment for all.
